"LOVE THOSE HILLS" HILL WORKOUTS

That's correct people! If you've been worried about your riding up those hills you're not alone.
There will be a group of riders meeting at Mattick's Farm on Wednesday nights. The plan seems to be to meet in the parking lot at 5:15 for a warm up ride over to Island View Beach Rd.
Hill repeats can be done back and forth over this hill.

The only way to get strong on the hills is to ride the hills!

Awesome! But I have to wait for next week to start. You can all get that hill warmed up for me in the meantime.
